BOOKING POLICY
Due to the nature of the services provided and being a one woman show we ask that prior to your booking you agree to the following terms and conditions:
HOW TO BOOK
Appointments can be made online through our online booking system. Alternatively, you can contact the studio directly so we can assist you in making an appointment. Our location does not have the capacity for walk-ins.
NEW CLIENTS
Prior to your appointment you will receive an “Advanced skin consultation and medical history form” linked to your SMS that you must complete prior to your appointment. This is to ensure the safety of your treatment.
DEPOSITS
At the time of making your appointment a $50 booking fee will be taken as a deposit. Deposits will automatically apply for online bookings or can be paid over the phone. Your card details are securely stored on your client account, following strict secure privacy terms & conditions managed by Timely Booking Software. The deposit paid will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 24hrs notice is required for appointment rescheduling or cancelling. If clients cancel outside of the 24hr notice period, their deposit will be transferred to their account as credit, minus any administration fees. Upon request, the deposit (minus fees) can be refunded. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. On the day cancellations will result in 50% of service cancellation fee charged to your card and no shows will result in 100% of service cancellation fee. If a prepaid package is used as a deposit, you will forfeit the treatment. We reserve the right to request full payment for bookings in the case of repeatedly failing to follow our policy.
OPENING HOURS + LOCATION + PARKING
159 High St, Belmont, 3216. VIC. Located inside Golden Days Tanning Studio. Parking is available on the street or at coles supermarket. Open Monday’s, Thursday’s, Friday’s & alternating Saturday’s. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO WALK-INS.
The location is permanently locked as there is no reception staff. Appointments run back to back however, please inform your therapist if you have arrived early and we will accommodate where possible. Due to the small room size we request that you come alone to your appointment. Babies are welcome if they are still in a pram. For underage children a parent or guardian must be present.
PAYMENTS
We accept cash and all major card payments. A 1.6% EFTPOS fee is applied to all card purchases. Please note that no cash is kept on site, if you wish to pay with cash please ensure you bring the correct amount. In the circumstance the EFTPOS system is down, a bank transfer can be made.
PREPAID SERVICES
There is no expiry on prepaid services therefore, refunds are not accepted on such purchases. However, a transfer of packages to a dollar amount can be applied to other services or product purchases.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only accepted in the case of medical circumstances and are not accepted for any prepaid services or for change of mind.
